Join Us for the Next Leadership Forum: Orchestrating Success: Project Leadership

If you’ve ever watched a symphony perform, you know the conductor doesn’t play every instrument, yet every note depends on their guidance. That’s what project leaders do — we bring together the strings, brass, percussion, and woodwinds of our teams: the planners, the doers, the innovators, and the problem-solvers.

And just like in music, when each part plays in sync, we create something greater than the sum of its parts — a masterpiece of project outcomes.

About this Session
Designed for women leaders committed to excellence, this interactive session offers practical strategies to lead projects and teams with clarity and confidence. You will learn how to navigate project phases, clearly define roles and expectations, and utilize a responsibility tool to foster team alignment and accountability.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  1. Effectively guide projects through key phases to maintain momentum and focus.

  2. Clearly define and communicate project roles to ensure accountability and collaboration.

  3. Apply a responsibility tool essential for workload and decision-making.

Come prepared to be fully engaged. Use this opportunity to be the conductor of your project teams and direct reports.  Enhance your leadership impact and orchestrate success!

The Women to Women Network Leadership Forums are exclusive events tailored for female founders and emerging leaders to connect, exchange experiences, and gain practical insights for overcoming challenges and driving growth. These forums provide a supportive environment to build valuable relationships, enhance leadership abilities, and walk away with actionable strategies you can implement right away.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Connie Plowman,

Connie Plowman is a lifelong conductor of success – as an education, corporate, and volunteer leader.

She has served as Interim Executive Director of the CLIMB Center at Portland Community College, and today teaches (part-time) project management and general business courses in higher education — all while trying (unsuccessfully) to retire.

As a former COO for Cadence Management Corporation, Connie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.  She mentors and coaches aspiring project managers and direct reports, helping them find their own rhythm for success.

As leaders, we must never set down the baton — the music of leadership is ours to keep alive.

Join Us for the Next Leadership Forum: Change Management (and the role of the manager)

We’re thrilled to welcome Colleen Murray, Fractional COO and Executive HR Consultant, to our next Women to Women Leadership Forum for an engaging, interactive session on leading through change.

Change is a constant in leadership, but how we respond to it—both personally and professionally—can shape everything. In this session, Colleen will lead an engaging and practical session on change management, helping managers explore their own responses to change and understand the vital role they play in guiding their teams through successful transitions.

Colleen will walk us through the PROSCI Change Management approach, designed around three key realities of how people experience change.
Change is experienced on an individual level
Change isn’t automatic
Structured support makes all the difference

This experience will offer you:

  • A working knowledge of the ADKAR model, which outlines the five stages individuals need to move through for successful change

  • Insight into the Five Key Roles of Managers during times of transition

  • A deeper understanding of your personal response to change through the Types and Patterns of Resistance

Whether you’re navigating a shift in your own work or leading others through change, this session will help you grow your self-awareness and expand your leadership toolkit.

Come ready to reflect, connect, and strengthen your ability to lead through what’s next.

Join Us for the Next Leadership Forum: From Awkward to Impactful: Feedback That Works

You’ve worked hard to build your reputation, your relationships, and your results.

But what happens when you need to give feedback to someone in a position of power—your boss, an important client, or a key stakeholder? Have you ever found yourself rehearsing the conversation in your head… over and over… only to freeze up in the moment? Or worse, avoiding it altogether?

You’re not alone.

In this empowering and practical session designed for women founders and entrepreneurs, you’ll learn how feedback can shift from a dreaded task to a leadership superpower. This isn’t about being brutally honest or walking on eggshells, it’s about delivering feedback that strengthens trust, drives growth, and keeps relationships intact.

Through real-world examples and proven tools, you’ll gain the confidence and clarity to speak up in a way that is heard, valued, and acted on.

You’ll walk away with:

  • The inner work: How to reflect and prepare yourself internally so you walk into the conversation grounded, clear, and confident.

  • The SBI Feedback Model: A simple yet powerful framework to set up your feedback for success—every single time.

  • The invitation to dialogue: How to transform feedback from a one-way delivery into a two-way conversation that inspires collaboration and problem-solving.

This is your opportunity to turn moments of tension into moments of transformation—without losing your voice or your vision. Whether you’re building your business, leading a team, or managing critical relationships, these skills will help you deliver feedback that creates alignment, earns respect, and accelerates results.

Come ready to practice, learn, and leave with a feedback game plan you can use immediately.

Because when you master the art of feedback, you don’t just shape conversations—you shape outcomes. Save your seat and join us. Let’s make feedback your leadership advantage.

ABOUT OUR HOST

Michelle Johnson | Radiant Divinity

I'm trilingual and speak and write in English, French, and Spanish. My varied background includes language teaching and experience ranging from customer service; finance (credit unions and mobile notary home loan signings); travel; software support (for direct sales professionals); and legal (currently a legal assistant for a family firm, focusing on family law, personal injury, estate planning). Outside of my day job, I like to think of myself as a Radiance Consultant: I help women look and feel radiant inside and out with various beauty/health and wellness products and jewelry/accessories. My current focus is Park Lane jewelry. I love classical music (particularly baroque) and am my husband's "Self-Appointed Fan Club President" when he plays trumpet for various community orchestras and brass quintets. We have a spoiled Tortie named Charlotte. My favorite color is periwinkle. I love supporting other women with an entrepreneurial spirit. My life verse is John 10:10.

Join Us for the Next Leadership Forum: When to Shift from Grit to Quit

The Women to Women Network Leadership Forums are exclusive events tailored for female founders and emerging leaders to connect, exchange experiences, and gain practical insights for overcoming challenges and driving growth. These forums provide a supportive environment to build valuable relationships, enhance leadership abilities, and walk away with actionable strategies you can implement right away.

You’ve worked hard. You’ve held it all together.

But lately, you’ve been asking yourself... Is this still it?

Have you ever found yourself second-guessing your goals, your growth strategy, or even your calling? Maybe you're wondering if you’re pouring into the right areas of your business—or your life. Maybe you’re feeling the tension between being the strong one and quietly questioning whether something needs to shift.

You’re not alone.

Join Mindee Hardin, visionary entrepreneur and co-creator of the multi-million dollar brand Boogie Wipes, for a refreshingly honest and affirming session that goes beyond the hustle and into the heart of leadership. In When to Shift from Grit to Quit, Mindee will guide you through a rich reflection on what it really means to grow—with intention, balance, and purpose.

This session is not about chasing bigger numbers. It’s about creating better alignment with your team, your time, your values, and the story you’re here to tell.

Whether you’re a business owner, team leader, or simply navigating what’s next, this is your space to breathe, recalibrate, and make decisions that support your impact, legacy, and well-being.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Clarity to recognize the signs of when to persevere versus when it’s time to pivot—so you can stop second-guessing your decisions.

  • A new lens to evaluate your business and life commitments—not just by pressure or profit, but by your purpose and priorities.

  • A personalized decision-making filter you can use in any season of life to help you confidently choose what to grit and what to quit.

  • Renewed purpose and joy in your daily tasks through a deeper understanding of your capability, your story, and your authenticity goals.

This isn’t just about business growth—it’s about growing the right way, on your terms, with a strong culture and A++ leadership. Let’s talk about how you can take control, scale sustainably, and create a thriving company that supports your vision and goals.

Are you ready to grow with intention? Let’s get started!

This is not just another leadership talk. It’s a sacred space to pause, reflect, and realign - with your mission and your truth.

Whether you’ve built a company, led a team, or carried a vision in your heart for years, it’s time to stop striving for growth that drains you and start embracing growth that fills you.

Come discover what’s next—without burning out what’s now.

Save your seat and join the conversation.

Let’s decide together what to grit… and what to quit.

Seats are limited. Register now to secure your spot!

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

MINDEE HARDIN

Mindee Hardin is a visionary entrepreneur, author, and speaker whose career spans over two decades of innovative leadership, brand creation, and purpose-driven mentorship. She launched her entrepreneurial journey in 2003 as the owner and producer of Portland's Northwest Women’s Show, a dynamic event with hundreds of vendors and sponsors that celebrated and connected women across the Pacific Northwest.

In 2007, Mindee made national headlines as the co-founder and inventor of Boogie Wipes, the first saline nose wipe for kids—an innovative product born out of motherhood and grown into a multi-million dollar brand featured on major outlets such as The Today Show, Entrepreneur Magazine, People, and Forbes.

After difficult personal challenges presented themselves in scaling and selling Boogie Wipes, Mindee took a purposeful pause to focus on family life and began privately consulting and coaching other entrepreneurs on their start-up journeys. From 2011 to 2018, she walked alongside dozens of founders, offering practical insight and inspiration drawn from her own hard-won experience.

In 2018, Mindee transitioned her passion for mentorship into education, first as a Young Entrepreneur Instructor and then as the Marketing Director at Valor Global Online Schools, where she has continued to shape the next generation of leaders. The tools she built for students, teachers and parents are used today by thousands, and she is widely respected for blending vision and aspirations and with authenticity and faith.

Today, Mindee resides in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband Scott and their blended family of six children, ages 16 to 23. She considers her greatest and most sacred work to be the home and community they’ve built together—rooted in God's grace, the joy of Jesus and a commitment to raising kind, courageous humans.
