Elisabetta Fernandez is the founder of Spirited Warrior Coaching, a board-certified health and wellness coach, menopause specialist coach, and MBA graduate. Born in Italy and raised in Germany, she moved to the United States with her husband of over 30 years. Together, they’ve raised two daughters and built a life rooted in resilience, connection, and growth. Elisabetta began her career in business, but after studying transformational leadership, she discovered her true calling—supporting women in creating healthier, more fulfilling lives. She went on to earn a master’s in health and wellness coaching with a focus on nutrition and became board-certified through the NBHWC.

I am the Strategic Partnerships Director at Community Vision. I oversee fundraising, marketing & communications, event planning, grant writing, and donor relations. I also get to collaborate with partners around affordable and accessible housing advocacy by consulting on Universal Design. A previous career running restaurants provided the skills to manage multiple projects while making people feel connected to something greater than themselves. I love that my job allows me to make build relationships, provide people with the means of making an impact, and work collectively to catalyze meaningful change in our world.
Since our foundation in 1989, Community Vision has been dedicated to the philosophy of individual services for people with disabilities. Our mission is to provide services, education, and advocacy to ensure that people with disabilities direct their own lives. We work with our community to foster inclusion, enhance accessibility, and achieve systems change. Grace is a registered dietitian, speaker, media and brand consultant, and writer who specializes in addressing digestive and hormonal issues from a holistic and functional health perspective. She's passionate about helping women go from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and like their symptoms rule their life to finding their vitality again in a body they feel comfortable and confident in.
It is her belief that a healthy gut is a healthy body, which is why she loves helping others sort through all the nutrition mis- and disinformation out there through interactive speaking engagements, media interviews, and group coaching. In addition to her business, Grace also enjoys serving her community and is the current Communications Director for the Oregon chapter of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Amy Grabenkort
Founder/Owner, Speaker, Leadership Coach
Amy Grabenkort is a Speaker and a Life and Leadership Coach specializing in working with emerging leaders and small business owners through her coaching business, Amy Grabenkort Coaching, since 2020. When she's not coaching, Amy speaks for organizations and teams about taking values-aligned action, hospitality, and motivation. Currently, Amy is also in the development stages of opening a fitness studio in Camas, WA. This move makes Amy a three time entrepreneur; she is the founding owner of barre3 Felida in Vancouver, WA. She opened her fitness studio in 2015 and grew it to a seven figure, top performing studio worldwide. Prior to 2015 Amy used her Master's degree in Leadership and Administration as a middle and elementary School Principal for six years, and was an elementary school and middle school Teacher for a decade before that. Amy is currently a competitive swimmer, avid podcast fangirl, and serves on the board of 4-H, a youth development organization, in her "free" time. She's a mother of two teen daughters and two french bulldogs

Melissa Erickson | The Moms Collaborative
Melissa Erickson is a mom of 2 boys ages 2 and 5. She grew up in Philadelphia, PA, has a BA in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College in Boston. She moved to Oregon in 2010 to pursue a Masters Degree in Applied Cultural Anthropology at Oregon State University. Since graduating from OSU, she has worked as a fundraiser at various nonprofits around Portland Metro area including Sunshine Division, Adelante Mujeres, Saturday Academy, and currently is the Development Director at A Village for One.
In 2023, she dreamed up a nonprofit mission of her own to support mothers in prioritizing their own mental health and needs. Alongside, her fellow mom friend, Madeline Roosevelt-Defuria she founded The Moms Collaborative in August of 2024 in order to bring moms access to wellness events. Their dream is open a wellness center for moms in a few years to help moms meet their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs to keep their cups full while being everything else they want to be.
