Leadership Forum | Tigard
Join Us for the Next Leadership Forum: Change Management (and the role of the manager)
The Women to Women Network Leadership Forums are exclusive events tailored for female founders and emerging leaders to connect, exchange experiences, and gain practical insights for overcoming challenges and driving growth. These forums provide a supportive environment to build valuable relationships, enhance leadership abilities, and walk away with actionable strategies you can implement right away.
We’re thrilled to welcome Colleen Murray, Fractional COO and Executive HR Consultant, to our next Women to Women Leadership Forum for an engaging, interactive session on leading through change.
Change is a constant in leadership, but how we respond to it—both personally and professionally—can shape everything. In this session, Colleen will lead an engaging and practical session on change management, helping managers explore their own responses to change and understand the vital role they play in guiding their teams through successful transitions.
Colleen will walk us through the PROSCI Change Management approach, designed around three key realities of how people experience change.
Change is experienced on an individual level
Change isn’t automatic
Structured support makes all the difference
This experience will offer you:
A working knowledge of the ADKAR model, which outlines the five stages individuals need to move through for successful change
Insight into the Five Key Roles of Managers during times of transition
A deeper understanding of your personal response to change through the Types and Patterns of Resistance
Whether you’re navigating a shift in your own work or leading others through change, this session will help you grow your self-awareness and expand your leadership toolkit.
Come ready to reflect, connect, and strengthen your ability to lead through what’s next.

You’ve worked hard to build your reputation, your relationships, and your results.

You’re not alone.
In this empowering and practical session designed for women founders and entrepreneurs, you’ll learn how feedback can shift from a dreaded task to a leadership superpower. You’ll walk away with:
The inner work: How to reflect and prepare yourself internally so you walk into the conversation grounded, clear, and confident.
The SBI Feedback Model: A simple yet powerful framework to set up your feedback for success—every single time.
The invitation to dialogue: How to transform feedback from a one-way delivery into a two-way conversation that inspires collaboration and problem-solving.
This is your opportunity to turn moments of tension into moments of transformation—without losing your voice or your vision. Whether you’re building your business, leading a team, or managing critical relationships, these skills will help you deliver feedback that creates alignment, earns respect, and accelerates results.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
MINDEE HARDIN
Mindee Hardin is a visionary entrepreneur, author, and speaker whose career spans over two decades of innovative leadership, brand creation, and purpose-driven mentorship. She launched her entrepreneurial journey in 2003 as the owner and producer of Portland's Northwest Women’s Show, a dynamic event with hundreds of vendors and sponsors that celebrated and connected women across the Pacific Northwest.
In 2007, Mindee made national headlines as the co-founder and inventor of Boogie Wipes, the first saline nose wipe for kids—an innovative product born out of motherhood and grown into a multi-million dollar brand featured on major outlets such as The Today Show, Entrepreneur Magazine, People, and Forbes.
After difficult personal challenges presented themselves in scaling and selling Boogie Wipes, Mindee took a purposeful pause to focus on family life and began privately consulting and coaching other entrepreneurs on their start-up journeys. From 2011 to 2018, she walked alongside dozens of founders, offering practical insight and inspiration drawn from her own hard-won experience.
In 2018, Mindee transitioned her passion for mentorship into education, first as a Young Entrepreneur Instructor and then as the Marketing Director at Valor Global Online Schools, where she has continued to shape the next generation of leaders. The tools she built for students, teachers and parents are used today by thousands, and she is widely respected for blending vision and aspirations and with authenticity and faith.
Today, Mindee resides in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband Scott and their blended family of six children, ages 16 to 23. She considers her greatest and most sacred work to be the home and community they’ve built together—rooted in God's grace, the joy of Jesus and a commitment to raising kind, courageous humans.

Scaling Smart: Building a Thriving Business on Your Terms
Many businesses dream of growth—but what if I told you that the secret to long-term success isn’t just about chasing the next big thing, but about being intentional, strategic, and truly owning your role as an owner or as an exec?
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked alongside hundreds of business owners and executives—watching some soar and others stumble under the weight of unplanned growth. I’ve seen what happens when leaders focus too much on the endgame and not enough on building a strong culture, structure, and leadership team to support sustainable success.
In this conversation, we’ll explore:
The Business Life Cycle – Where are you now, and where do you want to be?
Scaling Success Stories (and Lessons from the Not-So-Successful) – What makes or breaks a business on the path to growth?
Common Pitfalls of Growing Too Fast – How to avoid the landmines that can derail your success.
Organizational Structure for Growth – Building the right team to support your vision.
Owning Your Role – leading with confidence and thriving.
Looking Back to Move Forward – Reflecting on your journey and planning for what’s next.
This isn’t just about business growth—it’s about growing the right way, on your terms, with a strong culture and A++ leadership. Let’s talk about how you can take control, scale sustainably, and create a thriving company that supports your vision and goals.
Are you ready to grow with intention? Let’s get started!
