Denise Macrigeanis

Denise Macrigeanis is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and organizational strategist with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and companies through transformation. A former senior HR leader at global firms like WE Communications and Lam Research, Denise now works with leaders at all levels to align purpose with performance, build resilient teams, and lead through change. Known for her clarity, authenticity, and ability to foster courageous dialogue, she brings deep expertise in organizational development, executive coaching, and change management. Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in organizational development. Additionally, Denise has completed extensive postgraduate training in leadership, personal development and communication skills; conflict resolution; and organizational change management. She holds her professional coaching certification through New Ventures West.
