Join Us for the Next Leadership Forum: Change Management (and the role of the manager)
The Women to Women Network Leadership Forums are exclusive events tailored for female founders and emerging leaders to connect, exchange experiences, and gain practical insights for overcoming challenges and driving growth. These forums provide a supportive environment to build valuable relationships, enhance leadership abilities, and walk away with actionable strategies you can implement right away.
We’re thrilled to welcome Colleen Murray, Fractional COO and Executive HR Consultant, to our next Women to Women Leadership Forum for an engaging, interactive session on leading through change.
Change is a constant in leadership, but how we respond to it—both personally and professionally—can shape everything. In this session, Colleen will lead an engaging and practical session on change management, helping managers explore their own responses to change and understand the vital role they play in guiding their teams through successful transitions.
Colleen will walk us through the PROSCI Change Management approach, designed around three key realities of how people experience change.
Change is experienced on an individual level
Change isn’t automatic
Structured support makes all the difference
This experience will offer you:
A working knowledge of the ADKAR model, which outlines the five stages individuals need to move through for successful change
Insight into the Five Key Roles of Managers during times of transition
A deeper understanding of your personal response to change through the Types and Patterns of Resistance
Whether you’re navigating a shift in your own work or leading others through change, this session will help you grow your self-awareness and expand your leadership toolkit.
Come ready to reflect, connect, and strengthen your ability to lead through what’s next.
