Leadership & The Culture of Candor

Are you communicating in a way that demonstrates you’re a leader ready for that next promotion, larger client portfolio, or project?

How and What you communicate are equally important if you want to be seen as a leader with a runway. Having the subject matter expertise to perform your specific role is key; however, that is only half of the “total package.” Today it is increasingly important to have the leadership soft skills to truly be successful in navigating a long and strong career running your own business or rising in the modern workplace. These intangible abilities include problem-solving, getting along well with others, and communication.

Join us for Coffee & Conversation with Leadership & Career Coach Stacy G Fisher, who will present key communication practices that build relationships, produce business results, and have teams working more collaboratively.

This will be an interactive mini-workshop where Stacy will present and provide a couple of opportunities to practice in smaller breakouts and shares. You will come away with a better understanding of how your communication can

  • Align the intent of your message with the impact on your audience

  • Effectively frame difficult conversations to save relationships and your sanity

  • Foster a cohesive, productive work culture through candor and transparency

  • Enhance your leadership brand by building stronger relationships
