A careful listener, Engred guides individuals and businesses to meet a variety of their legal needs. She drives results by engaging with my clients to understand their needs and goals.
Engred represents closely-held business and corporate clients at all stages, acting variously as an adviser, negotiator, and advocate. Assisting owners in buying or selling businesses is also a part of her practice. She also works with individuals to create estate plans and to efficiently administer trusts and estates.
Additionally, Engred works with clients in the acquisition, financing, sale, and leasing of real estate. Prior to forming Armstrong Chai with Chelsea Armstrong, Engred worked as an attorney at Brownstein Rask.
