Amy Gigena

Evergreen Factor
Amy Gigena is a health advocate, drugless practitioner, and author of the award-winning book HeartLight. She also holds a degree in psychology. She ran a private coaching practice before opening Evergreen Factor, a membership-based integrative wellness family practice with her husband, Dr. Tomas Gigena.
Once entrenched in the successes of corporate America, she now follows her own true path of motivating others to find the truest version of themselves. Her own tapestry of life experiences has given her appreciation for the value of personal stories and how each person uses their story to define their perception of self. She understands that healthy means different things to different people.
