Meaghan Orrall
Owner, CPA, Financial Consultant
Parallel 42 Consulting

Meaghan is the owner of Parallel 42 Consulting, LLC, a boutique financial consulting firm that focuses on high-quality client relationships that blend operational finance and technical accounting. Meaghan is a licensed CPA in the State of Massachusetts and in the state of Idaho.

Meaghan’s experience is unique, as she has a balanced blend of experience in public accounting and industry. She started her career in big 4 accounting, working at PwC in the assurance practice in Boston, and has worked in various industries, including healthcare (both for-profit and not-for-profit), asset management, manufacturing, technology, and real estate. Before starting Parallel 42 Consulting, Meaghan worked as the director of advisory services for a regional accounting firm based in southern Oregon. Meaghan has had the privilege of supporting organizations through several business cycles, including start-up, acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcy, and dissolution. She has led organizational finance for organizations ranging from $2M to $100M in annual revenues; and has worked with clients on developing models for proforma development, cash flow forecasting, compensation, and fair market value assessments, system implementation projects, and internal control projects.

Meaghan sits on the Board of two local non-profit groups. When not working with her clients or the community, Meaghan spends her time with her husband and two children camping, hiking, and enjoying everything Idaho offers.
