Hi, I’m Emily Romero. After 13 years as a corporate recruiter, I traded pitching careers for pitching tennis balls to dogs. In May 2025 my husband Mark and I opened 4 The Love of Paws in Caldwell.

It was scary starting over, but faith, family, and community support carried us through. Now I get to blend my love for animals with my passion for people.
